Flexijet 3D is a perfect solution for scribing and measuring projects in the stone masonry and benchtop industries. With an accuracy of under one millimeter, Flexijet STONE software easily captures 2D measurements. We often say “measure in 2D and see the results in 3D!”. The final measurements can then of course be exported as 2D DXF files aligned on the XY plane ready for your CNC. Flexijet STONE software contains a complete set of CAD tools required for preparing your measurements ready for CNC production. This includes custom configuration of installation symbols such as cutouts for GPOs sinks and cooktops. In fact, you can create any symbol you desire that will make your workflow hassle-free and more efficient. Additional functionality includes the ability to accurately check the level of cabinets, walls, and other surfaces right from the Flexijet laser. Identify the high and low points of cabinets ahead of time, and therefore plan accordingly so that your installations are as easy as your measurements.
Flexijet 3D accurately templates and prepares digital measurements ready for CNC production eliminating errors when compared to manual measurement methods. The kitchen in this example was measured in less than 30mins providing accurate digital templates of the benchtops and splashback. These templates needed minimal work to make them ready for production.
